With the easing of restrictions, under phase 2, we were delighted to reopen all our Care Centres for Family Visits from Monday 15th June.
As visiting is reintroduced on a cautious basis, the welfare of our residents, as always is our number one priority.
We have introduced strict protocols across all our Care Centres to ensure the safety of our residents, their visitors, and our care teams. All these measures are in alignment with national guidance in relation to infection, prevention and control, social distancing, and other public health measures.
Covid-19 is and continues to be an evolving situation, that we are monitoring daily. Windmill Healthcare’s management team is working closely with each Care Centre to ensure we keep all our residents, and their families fully informed. We thank everyone for their patience and understanding to date.
We look forward to seeing all the familiar faces through our doors over the coming days.
