Home Support Worker
Windmill healthcare has been providing award-winning residential care for 16 years and now we are extending our expertise into Homecare.

Job Requirements:
- Have a relevant health or social care background
- Full or partial FETAC/QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support Course or Pre Nursing Course Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Community-based role (Own Car and full clean driving licence)
- Have a caring and empathetic nature
We will also consider applicants who:
- Have started their QQI Level 5 major award
- Have experience in working in a healthcare related field and willing to start QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification
- Have previous experience in healthcare

Windmill Homecare has established an in-house QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support Training Programme in conjunction with FRS Training, supported by South Kerry SkillNet. This program allows people who are interested in a career in Community Care to gain a recognised QQI Qualification.
